Our vehicles are sourced directly from fellow Canadians which means all of our vehicles are local.

We don’t offer an extended warranty but we want you to be happy with your vehicle nonetheless, and that’s why we offer a return policy on all our vehicles.

Our vehicles are inspected and reconditioned and come with a vehicle history report from CARFAX, which is based on information provided by multiple sources.

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your vehicle, so if you don’t love it, we’ll take it back! Our return policy is valid within 5 days and 500 km from the date of delivery. To learn more about our return policy, click here.


It’s easy! There are 3 main steps:

  • Choose a car and inquire about it
  • Submit documentation and receive additional info
  • Get the car delivered to your home


Our goal is to make the process as quick and simple as possible. Once the forms and approvals are completed, we will schedule the delivery of the vehicle to your home.

If you’re within metro Vancouver, our goal is to deliver your vehicle within 72 hours or less.

Yes, you can submit all the required documents through our application portal, although your ability to digitally sign your documents using Docusign depends on your bank.

You can also finish signing any outstanding documents when we drop off your vehicle as well.

We set the prices of our vehicles after analyzing variables such as the brand, category, year, and mileage, so we can offer you an affordable price for the vehicle you choose.

When it comes to payments, we have the flexibility to work with you to find the right payment schedule for your budget.

If you wish to pay in full, you can pay online via e-transfer, or you can make a partial payment online and then pay the remaining balance at delivery with a bank draft or certified cheque.

You can also speak with one of our financing specialists to secure a payment plan that works for you.

For online payments, we accept credit card and etransfer, and if you’re paying on delivery bank draft, we accept certified funds.

Simply complete a short, online application and one of our dedicated, in-house financing specialists will help secure the best financing for you.

Once you’ve picked your car, our financing specialist will text you the approval terms.

We have a large inventory with many options to suit your budget. Our financing specialists are committed to finding you a car, so fill out our application form and we’ll be in touch.

Yes, we accept trade-ins.

You can even apply for your trade-in online. We’ll ask you a few questions about the car and then perform a physical verification. If everything looks good, we’ll send you a personalized trade-in offer.

On top of the trade-in value you receive, you will also reduce the amount you owe on your next purchase with us as well.

We can also apply the value of your old vehicle towards the price of your next car with us.

Yes! You can sell your car directly to us. We’ll ask you a few questions about your vehicle and after an inspection, we’ll make you an offer.

Whether you’d prefer to sell or trade-in, that’s up to you.

We use a fair market tool to determine the value of your car. 

The value of your trade-in will be valid for 7 days, but it’s subject to physical verification. If it matches the information provided, we’ll make you an offer. Simple as that!
