It’s ok to change your mind so if you’re not loving your car, we’ll happily exchange it. Here’s how it works:
Contact the JustCar team within 5 business days of receiving your vehicle (starting from the day you received the vehicle)
Please contact us no later than 5:00 PM PT on the 5th business day since receiving the vehicle
The vehicle must be in the same condition as it was delivered, and have been driven less than 500km from the drop off. We cannot accept the vehicle if it has been damaged, modified, been in an accident, or otherwise altered in any way.
Delivery fees are not eligible as part of the exchange policy.
